United States shipping

We currently ship Kiwii Move orders within the United States only.

Shipping rate and delivery estimate
Standard shipping is free. Delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after the order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier.

Processing
Order processing time is separate from transit time. When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.

Delays and address accuracy
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, address errors, and events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments
Inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, incorrect, or appears to be missing, contact marketing@kiwii.ai promptly with your order number and relevant details so we can investigate.
