OVERVIEW
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kiwii store and your purchase of products from KIWII AI INC. ("Kiwii," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND AVAILABILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. The store currently serves customers in the United States. We may limit sales by person, household, geographic area, or available inventory.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Images, colors, specifications, features, availability, pricing, production quantities, and delivery estimates may change. Kiwii Move is a consumer wellness product and is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Consult a qualified health professional before beginning a new movement or vibration routine if you have a medical condition, recent injury or surgery, are pregnant, or use an implanted medical device.

3. ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after we confirm acceptance and successfully process the applicable payment. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order because of inventory, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, shipping limitations, or other reasonable business concerns. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free and is estimated at 3–5 business days after fulfillment. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, address errors, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional details.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Orders that have shipped must follow the return process.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use the store only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not interfere with its security or operation, introduce harmful code, submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person, scrape or copy content unlawfully, or use the store to violate law or another person's rights.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Kiwii and Kiwii Move names, logos, designs, text, graphics, images, software, product concepts, and other store content are owned by or licensed to KIWII AI INC. and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive only a limited, revocable right to use the store for its intended purpose.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SHOPIFY
The store is powered by Shopify and may rely on payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Purchases are made directly with Kiwii; Shopify is not the seller of Kiwii products.

10. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE STORE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." KIWII DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES EXCEPT THOSE THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED. KIWII WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PRODUCT OR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, while non-waivable consumer-protection rights remain applicable. Disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware unless applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to proceed elsewhere.

12. CHANGES
We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms apply prospectively from the posted effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
